These terms cover the general basis on which NexFix Digital Agency ("NexFix") works with clients. Specific numbers (price, pages, timeline) for your project are confirmed directly with you before work begins and take priority over this general page.
Project scope & pricing
Packages and pricing are listed on our pricing page. Work outside the agreed scope — extra pages, extra revision rounds, ongoing maintenance beyond what's included — is billed separately and agreed with you first.
Revisions
Two rounds of design revisions are included in the listed packages, unless otherwise agreed in writing for your specific project.
Hosting, domains & third parties
Hosting is included as described on the pricing page. A custom domain name is optional and paid by you directly to the registrar. Third-party services and paid subscriptions required for your project, when applicable, are billed separately.
Content
You're responsible for providing content (text, photos, branding) that you have the rights to use. We'll help organize it into a clear website structure.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page as our process evolves. For an active project, the terms agreed with you at the time still apply.
